Faithfully Fit Forever is an exercise program that resulted from a number of research studies that showed that simple, relatively light exercises were very effective in extending quantity and quality of life for older people. Every class exercises the body, mind and spirit. The body exercises include warm ups, stretching, strength using stretch bands and weights, and balancing skills. The mind part is health tips. The spirit part involves the social aspect and prayer. All the equipment is supplied, there is no charge, and everyone is welcome. Come and try us out. We think you will be glad you did.

Gentle Yoga

 Mondays, 9:30-10:30, Room 205

A very beginner friendly, slow and strengthening practice guiding you to connect to yourself and your body just as it is through breath, postures, and meditation. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated whether it’s your first class or you are a seasoned practitioner. All levels are welcome!

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Wednesdays, 11:00am, Room 206 and Sundays, 5:00pm*, Room 206 and Zoom

The Prayer Shawl Ministry knits shawls to be given in gratitude, to those undertaking a new journey in life, to those facing surgery or loss, and to babies at the time of their blessing and dedication. Anyone, regardless of experience, is encouraged to come! All ages are welcome.
