Congregational Care & Connection

Open Minds. Loving Hearts.

We are a big church with big hearts. We care for each other by not only responding to life-changing events like births, marriages, sickness, grief, etc., but also in those everyday moments that make our lives valuable. We have a variety of wellness programs and prayer ministries available to help you live the abundant life that Jesus taught us about. Use the buttons above to help us care for you. Please know your contact is confidential.

Congregational Care Ministry

One of the most rewarding aspects of congregational life is providing care for others. To do this ministry in a church our size, we use a model of care called Congregational Care Ministry. In this ministry, clergy and laypeople (serving as Congregational Care Ministers, or CCMs) work together to support the congregation. CCMs are specifically trained to serve alongside pastors, and staff, making hospital visits, homebound visits, praying, listening, and providing one-on-one comfort and encouragement to our congregation.

Urgent Care Need?

Our ministers are on call to respond to emergencies. When the church offices are closed, the minister on call can be reached by calling the church number 817.926.6631 and following the prompts.
