Adult Sunday Programming

IN PERSON:

BIBLE STUDY CLASS: This class is scheduled from September 11-December 11 in Room 210–meeting from 10:00-11:00 am. James Archier is the leader for this group and they will be studying Revelation: The Christian Ultimate Victory by McArthur Bible Studies. Estimated size of class is 12-15 participants

EMERGING FAMILIES: Primarily singles and couples with younger children. Meets in Room 204– 10 a.m. on even Sundays and 11 a.m. on odd Sundays to accommodate those attending both Ten:10 and the 11 a.m. traditional service.

FAITHFUL FAMILIES I: Primarily singles and couples in their 30s and 40s, typically with older children. Courtney Hendrix and Lauren King, facilitators. Meets at 10 a.m. in Room 150. A vibrant discussion class on various topics – open, loving, supporting and nurturing format.

GENESIS: Primarily singles and couples in their 40’s and 50’s. Brian Gibson and Kelli Peterman, facilitators. Meets in Room 203 at 10 a.m. Various topics. Conversational format. Guest speakers.

KOINONIA: Multi-generational group. Chad Cline, Mike Morton, and Drew Ruiz, facilitators. Meets in Room 204 at 10 a.m. Discussion format on topics such as family issues, spiritual development – using speakers dialogue, literature and film.

LOGOS: Multi-generational group Sandra Soria, Carolyn Critz, and Michael Noël, facilitators. Meets in Room 227 at 10 a.m. Led by various speakers on how to be Christian in today’s world.

PRAY, EAT, WORK: Multi-generational group. Ken Roberts, facilitator. Meets in Room 202 at 10 a.m. Group gathers for prayer, food, and helps church staff with specific tasks as needed.

ROUND TABLE: Multi-generational group. Edie Gause, facilitator. Hybrid class – in person and Zoom. Meets in Room 206 at 10 a.m. An Open-minded discussion as we search for and experience our relationship with God and others via topics of current interest.

SEEKERS BIBLE CLASS: Open to all ages. Tina Caliga, facilitator. Meets in Room 207 at 10 a.m. An inquisitive group of seniors seeking answers to some of life’s most challenging questions. We have a variety of speakers to help us explore our faith and current world issues. Off-site Group

TAPESTRY: Tapestry is an authentic community for millennials to seek, serve and socialize. This new group combines faith-based study, service projects, and social gatherings. ONLINE:

FORMATION

Live at 10am on Sundays. This online class for all ages is led by Rev. Renee Hoke and Rev. Shannon Moore. Bible-based topics are discussed in an informal and energizing format.
